So, you want a quality, affordable, waterproof mascara that won't flake off or run? I put Cover Girl's Lash Blast Waterproof Mascara to the ultimate test: I wore it during the Chicago Marathon.(Insert bragging here)
The mascara stayed put for all 26.2 miles and tears at the finish line. And guess what? It retails for about $7 for a tube.
Double sized lashes? Check. Small price tag? Check. Waterproof to the extreme? Check and double check.

I can beat that. I used to wear that then I tried Mark Make It Big mascara and it's fabulous! I wore it in the shower and not one run. It's hypoallergenic so it doesn't bother eyes and it doesn't clump or weigh your lashes down. I threw all my other mascaras out!
