What's Up, Doc?

The Doctor is in. Doctor Marten, that is.

I still remember how excited I was when I got my first pair of Dr. Martens in high school. I loved their gummy soles and bright yellow stitching that told the world they were legit.

At the beginning of 2010 I began coveting Docs again. This time I wanted a pair of the iconic 1460s.  I found these in white on Zappos.  I used my credit card cash-back bonus points to pay for all but $14 of them!

These boots make me feel invincible. I love bringing back an icon and mixing it with my new pieces.  It's so fun to throwback if you can make it work. What would you bring back if you could? Let me know on my Facebook page !
