A Whole New York

My recent trip to visit Fly Vintage in NYC was more than just fun; it was utterly inspirational. The sites, the clothes, and Fly's incredible hostess skillz gave me a renewed sense of motivation for style.  I love this city.

Day 1:

Since I'm a bride-to-be, Krystle made sure we stopped to see everyone's favorite wedding gown shop: Kleinfeld! I didn't try on dresses (saving that for just mom and me) but the window display was enough to fill me with glee.

The Barney's make-up department didn't know what hit them when we walked in. We made friends with the associates, giggled up a storm and bought some amazing products.

My outfit under the coat:

Nighttime required a new location and an outfit change. We started at Nurse Betty and then went to a bar with a secret entrance and a name I don't recall.

Fly looking super fly.

More to come... ;)

Looks like you had a blast! Awesome photos as always, and I love the way you wear that blazer with a belt like that.

Good times. I miss you already! Barney's felt like Studio 54 in the 70's. Crazy stuff.

I have been awaiting your NY post all weekend - and I jut love it! The photos are fantastic, I love retro feel and type text you added. Also, the entire flow and look of this post, it puts the final touches completing your amazing looks! My favorite look so far... the blazer, belt, and scarf looked too good together! Can't wait for the next two posts!
